Effective March 27, 2020, until further notice, due to the current COVID-19 pandemic we are suspending our return and exchange policy.

Hygiene and our customers’ safety is super important, all sale are final, and the Company does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund / exchange for any purchase under any circumstances.

Grace Dignified Clothing sells only quality items. We will not be held accountable for the misuse of any products.

We make every effort to ensure that your package is packed and shipped correctly. However, from time to time, occasional errors are made.

We take extra care in packing items as some are fragile, but if you received damaged, defective or incorrect products, it must be reported within 7 days of delivery at sbrunetta@shaw.ca.

If the items are bought and paid for in-store, they will be examined for any defects in your presence. We will not accept these items back if they have been found damaged &/or defective once they leave our store.

If an item is returned to us via mail as damaged &/or defective, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs).

We do not offer any returns, refunds and exchanges as our company policy. All sale are final and non-refundable.
